1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.
  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Product is missing parts or accessories.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, invoice, and tags must be intact.
  • Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Items returned after the return period.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile banking.

5. Exchange Policy

If eligible, you may request a product exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), DXN Shop BD will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
