• Counterfeit, expired, or unauthorized products are strictly prohibited.

3. Product Listings

• Images must clearly represent the actual product.

4. Order Fulfillment

5. Commission & Payments

• Payments to sellers will be processed after successful delivery confirmation.

Sellers must cooperate in resolving return and refund cases. Repeated return complaints may lead to account suspension.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

DXN Shop BD reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate seller accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Repeated customer complaints
• Selling counterfeit products
• Fraudulent activities

9. Intellectual Property

Sellers must not upload copyrighted images, trademarks, or content without proper authorization.

10. Governing Law

This Seller Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts.

11. Amendments
